{updated May 2013)
Live, Love and Learn. Pretty much sums it up. I’ve only just learned to believe that. Without love, I would lead a sad existence. I am a Daughter, a Sister, a Wife and a Mother, among other love relationships. I am the very proud mother of THREE beautiful children. A girl, now four and a half, a boy, recently turned three, and a (not-so-) baby girl, who turned one in March. But we might not feel like our family is complete quite yet. (Or do we?!)
My husband and I are learning to simplify because of what we believe is right. That is a challenge in itself seeing as though I came from parents who showed me to be everything but simple. My journey is, from now on, a lovely medley of both…I CAN have my cake and eat it too! I am starting “The Whimsical Sweet” with a fresh outlook on life. I am embracing Motherhood with every bone, vein and nerve in my body. Before I became a Mom, I was a full-time piano teacher, and I embraced that just the same. I strive to make sure I love what I do. Now that I have the most challenging and greatest gift a person can endure, I am whole-heartedly attempting to not only love every second, but teach and guide our children into a wonderful life. We tweak the two halves into a whole and VOILA! We’re parents raising children in a very strange world.
I crave an outlet for those discussions in which people of all kinds face. Those that parents seek. Those that human beings want to chat about.
Here I am: The Whimsical Sweet.
