It’s funny how long it takes a person to change their habits, to release their past. I’m 32 and only now am I replacing the feeling of Mondays being a negative-ish day. Every Sunday night of my life has been “Oh no, school/work/Monday is tomorrow! Yuck!”! That feeling is unravelling, so I‘m letting it go.
Think of all those habits we’ve created in our day and why. Most of the time, there is no reason. I am trying to break the habit of having habits. I’ve let go of quite a few, I’ve also kept quite a few (we have to brush our teeth at least twice a day, right?!). Mondays are good for that. Start fresh. I think I’ll start today!
