What We Ate

What We Ate

Red Quinoa with Pears & Chickpeas

Turkey, Chickpeas, Peas & Corn

Usually for lunch, we like to keep it simple.  Simple ingredients can be combined to make pretty interesting meals.  At the same time, I like to present my children with fabulous food.  We feel it should be both healthy and fun!  So, we usually try to make it pretty.  All the more appetizing if your food looks as good as it tastes…

Tuna Wraps with Clementines & D'anjou Pears

It especially helps when a picky palette decides she is protesting food.  What do you do for your children to help them eat nutritiously?  Anything fun?
